The Polycom 2200-17568-001 12 volt IP phone power supply provides AC power to the Polycom 301 and 501. If your power supply is lost or damaged this is the replacement part. The Polycom 12v IP phone power supply is used to provide power to Polycom IP phones when in-line power over Ethernet is not available.
